rocky's matcha is excited to offer our ceremonial grade blend of matcha. This signature blend consists of four different cultivars including Okumidori, Saemidori, Okuyutaka, and Tsuyuhikari. Our ceremonial grade blend comes from Yame, Japan where the matcha is known to taste differently than traditional matcha from Uji, Japan.

Our ceremonial grade blend is rich and savory and boasts a beautiful green color. We recommend our ceremonial grade blend for everyday matcha drinkers and it's our favorite matcha to use for matcha lattes.

    Best matcha out there. Seriously. I’ve been through a lot of blends and single origin cultivars from different brands, but this Rocky’s matcha is the winner and go to complex matcha buddy. Flavor itself is strong enough as americano or latte and complexity of flavor profile is insane. Rich nuttiness, sweetness and umami. If you are beginner, you will enjoy it too. One negative point is that price of shipping to Europe and duties are damn high, but is worth it!

    great :)

    i finally decided on getting the 100g tin of this matcha since i always would purchase the 20g tins multiple times and i would always go through them so quickly. i drink an obscene amount of matcha everyday so this size is kinda perfect for that. i only hope there are different size options for this matcha in the future, it'd be nice to have either a 30g or 50g tin. if there was a 300g tin even, i might faint from happiness. but anyway, this matcha is literally the best!
