Mr. Tsuji, or Tsuji-san, as we know him by, has produced award winning tea for the Japanese Imperial Family and his teas have consistently tested to have the highest amino acid scores and contents of L-theanine. 

The Tsujiki Single Cultivar bundle includes 4 tins of 20g single cultivar matcha from Tsuji-san.
