rocky's matcha & Studio Nia Chawan Matcha Bowl

Let's just start with what you're here for; yes this is a great product! First impressions: vibrant color and larger than expected depth wise. This bowl is not a tradition Chawan shape (clearly) it has more depth and as a different review touched upon yes it doesn't has as much floor space to wisk around if you're used to the wider bottom of a traditional Chawan. After testing this bowl and getting used to the new factors I actually love it- I can vigorously whisk in a small space and find I have better control with the shape of this bowl. When I tell you this bowl has given me the best foam! The bowl retains a good amount of heat and leads to no clumps whether you prefer a foamy whisk or a paste, which is hard to find! So far out of 8 Chawan Bowls from small businesses and a few purchased in Japan this is my second favorite and my number on from here in the states.
