Our Yamabuki offering is the perfect entry price point matcha. Yamabuki is machine milled and features the Okumidori, Yabukita, Okuyutaka, and Sae-midori cultivars. This is an ideal matcha for cooking or lattes. Yamabuki has a nice balance of floral, sweet, and umami qualities.

    delicious, clean, fresh
