Our Yamabuki offering is the perfect entry price point matcha. Yamabuki is machine milled and features the Okumidori, Yabukita, Okuyutaka, and Sae-midori cultivars. This is an ideal matcha for cooking or lattes. Yamabuki has a nice balance of floral, sweet, and umami qualities.

    got a gift card for my bday and bought this. please restock ! this is the first matcha I've tried from rocky's. it's top 3 for me and it's not 3. even though it's pricier than I prefer for 100 grams I think it's worth it
